I can’t say enough about the service that Zach and his team provided. I had a 6” lift installed. Very reasonable pricing and outstanding service from beginning to end. Integrity is a big deal to me and I haven’t found anyone with more integrity than this place. If you are looking for good service with friendly honest people this is definitely your place.

Once again, great service. I had an issue on my daughter's car, slow leak. It was Sunday so she went to Wal mart, they said it was unrepairable so they would replace the tire, so I said do both, so they match (different brand). Then I realized that the price sounded too cheap, luckily, I caught it before they replaced, they were going to put on two regular tires on the car, but the car has run-flats - you cannot mix and match. Called Pendleton on Monday and spoke with Zak to see how long to get the OE run flats to replace the two (maybe one since the tires only had 5k on them). Zak told me to have my daughter come by first to see if it was in fact repairable. She went by and he determined that it could in fact be repaired and he did so. He could have sold tires that she did not need, and he did not, he repaired. More concerning is that the other guys were ready to mix / match std tires with run flats and did not even know that that can cause all kinds of issues, especially on an AWD car. Great service again.

While leaving for a doctors appointment I found the I had a low tire that was caused by a screw. I decided not to try to go to Greenville for the doctor. Instead I went to PTC for the fix. They were very understanding and I was on my way rapidly. I was able to be just a little late for my ophthalmologist appointment, and find out what was going on with my eye. PTC has always been great to deal with, and this was just another example.

I had the tires replaced on my truck with Michelins I am super satisfied. Aligned and balanced and now the ride is super quiet and smooth. They even provided a playmate for my dog!

I am a 71 year old Grandma and had traveled alone from the Low Country to Clemson for the Notre Dame game. Found my tire flat from nail in tread. Zach and crew took it off my car and patched it even though they were slammed first thing on a Monday. Thank you so much Pendleton Tire!
